Safe Place to Import CD from Japan?

I am trying to be Piko's CD 1Piko (this should be kind of obvious but
I'm talking about Piko, not Piko Utatane-that is his vocaloid).
Apparently, amazon.co.jp can't ship the CD to my address and it's
unavailabe on amazon.com (unless I want the limited version. Which I'd
love but its $92 plus shipping and handeling. I can't afford that. At
all.).

So I need a website to import the CD from that is virus-free and won't
give some stranger my credit card number.

I found a few websites like play-asia.com (which even has the limited
version at a good price), and cdjapan.co.jp but... I have no idea how
safe these websites are. My parents even took a dislike to cdjapan for
some reason. So I was worried...

I DO NOT want to download illegally! Never! I also am looking fo a
pretty affordable price... please...? And itunes doesn't seem to have
piko. Neither does fye... does this guy even sell his CDs in America
(probably not since I'm getting to the point of importing it)!?
